Clinics to help you train

Want to work on the last leg of your triathlon? Check out MEC Montreal run clinics. Whether you’re just starting out or want to shave off a few minutes from your previous time, these clinics will give you the know-how (and motivation) to keep improving.

Free weekly run crews are also a way to stick to a schedule and meet other runners in your city.

Regular group rides

Just because you’ll be racing solo in your triathlon doesn’t mean you have to train on your own. Join the MEC meet-up rides for regular motivation, new routes and dynamic workouts led by experienced ride leaders.
